That night we celebrated my mom's birthday at Goofy's Kitchen since we arrived too late to enjoy the day at the park, but too early to go to bed. It was such a wonderful way to kick off the Disney weekend!

On Saturday (8/11/2012) we started the day early! We had a Disneyland Magic Morning (early entry) at 7:00 am plus an 8:00 am early entry to Toon Town.

Sunday (8/12/12) was our big day at California Adventure (Cars Land!) We got up at 5:15 am and got to the gate to wait in line at 6:15. Thanks to all of Char's research we had a strategy for getting into the park and getting our fast passes for Radiator Springs and World of Color. Cars Land was absolutely amazing and well worth the long lines and 95 degree heat!

The last day was my mom's actual birthday (the 13th). Chris and Char decorated her room, we spent the morning at Cars Land and flew home. It was an AWESOME vacation - one of those trips you will never forget!
