There’s nothing like waiting until after Valentine’s Day to post photos of Christmas.
Christmas 2012 was, in a word, amazing.
Davis was almost 4 years old and totally understood the magic and anticipation of Christmas morning. It was such a fun month filled with Christmas activities like cutting down our tree, Davis’ school program and classroom party, visiting Santa, and, of course….the BIG day! Well, I should say big day
s since Christmas for us is Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. For Christmas Davis asked Santa for Genius (the battle chip from Cars 2), Oil Platform (Also from Cars 2) and Crabby Boat (again, Cars 2) and Viewzeen (a race car from Cars 1). Here are some photos from the month...
Santa and our Charlie Brown Christmas lights.
Davis' Christmas program, program (The Rock preschool)
Family photo before the Christmas program
Davis' class "performance" at the program.
Davis with Santa. He did much better than the two previous years.

Opening presents at Mimi and PaPow's on Christmas Eve.

Christmas Even night: cookies for Santa and carrots for the reindeer.
Santa's set-up. Nice work Santa!
Genius and the oil platform (from Santa). We later found out (from Davis) that Santa brought the wrong Genius. Santa is good, but he doesn't read minds, Davis.
The proverbial "Christmas morning....still in our jammies" photo.
Christmas day at grandma's - Davis opening his Cars 2 GeoTrax set from Gma and Gpa.
Davis wearing his new Lightning McQueen racing coat (from Sisu).
On Christmas we had some friendly competition playing "A Minute to Win it" games. It was a blast!
