This year our trip to Mexico was a seven night stay at The Barcelo Resort & Spa north of Los Cabo. We took this vacation with Eric's parents and it was wonderful! Everything about the vacation was amazing....the resort, food, beach, pool, kids Barclay play area, amenities....everything! While we were there we celebrated both Eric and Jeannie's birthdays. We will (without a doubt) go back to The Barcelo for more fun in the sun!
Here is a rundown of how we spent each lovely relaxing day...wake up, go to the beach, watch the sunrise, build sandcastles and catch sand crabs, scout for the best chair at the pool, eat breakfast, swim, layout, snack, swim, read, layout, eat lunch, nap, swim, read, layout, snack, swim, go back to the room to get ready for dinner, have dinner at the buffet restaurant or an a la carte restaurant, shop or walk around the resort, go to the kids disco, snack some more, get ready for bed, watch Cars the movie, go to sleep. Repeat x 7 days. A-ma-zing.
