Goodnight Moon

Goodnight Moon is one of our favorite going to bed books! We read it over, and over, and over again. At 20 months Davis knows it so well that he can fill in the blanks when Eric recites it. In case you aren't familiar with the book, here is how this part of the story goes:

In the great green room there was a telephone and a red balloon, and a picture of the cow jumping over the MOON.
And there were three little bears sitting in CHAIRS.
And two little kittens and a pair of MITTENS.
And a little toy house and a young MOUSE.
And a comb and a brush, and a bowl full of MUSH.
And a quite old lady whispering HUSH.
