Difference Between Mommy & Daddy Haircuts

On July 13th we finally cut the mullet off. The time had come - there were far too many friends trying to do interventions.

So, that make this his 2nd haircut (if you include the one at 6 weeks to even out all the baby hair).

If I (mommy) had been cutting his hair it would have gone something like this:
Step 1: Strap Davis into his high chair (so he can't move)
Step 2: Give him something VERY entertaining in the chair (so he can't move)
Step 3: Cut his hair very carefully (guarding against any sudden movement)

When daddy cut his hair on the 13th it went something like this:
Get Davis in the tub, wet his hair down, cut it in as straight of line as possible while Davis swims around like a fish.

Surprisingly it looks GREAT and it seems to be straight. But, the true test of a haircut is how well it grows out....I'll get back with you on that one.
